Refund and Returns Policy
At Bolzzen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the unused item(s) in its original packaging to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at via the Contact page to request a return authorisation number (RA#). Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
- Once you receive the RA#, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
