DIY Maintenance –
The proper care and maintenance of your Bolzzen Magneto not only keeps it in its best condition for as long as possible, but it also is important for warranty and the long working life of its components.
Maintain Tyre Pressure
Keeping your Magneto‘s tyre pressure at 45PSI will reduce the risk of the tube being pinched and causing unnecessary punctures. So it is a great idea to get yourself a reliable pump and gauge so that this important maintenance step is always followed.
Ensure Rock Solid Stem & Handlebars
The folding mechanism on the Bolzzen Magneto is designed to be strong, secure and simple to use. Always make sure the clip is locked in place to ensure a safe ride.
Keep your Magneto Clean
A squeaky-clean eScooter is a happy eScooter. When using water and detergents to clean your eScooter, make sure that any electrical and charging ports are always closed. This will help prevent any water or moisture going anywhere it’s not supposed to. Please note that only minimal water should be used.
Adjusting the Brakes
Your Bolzzen Magneto is fitted with Mechanical disc Brakes. From time to time you may need to make some small adjustments to ensure a strong brake lever feel and overall braking performance. To do this you can make micro adjustments by turning the brake cable screw at the lever end or for larger adjustments this can be done by losing the allan key bolt that holds the cable in at the calliper end.
Keep to your servicing schedule and make sure your Bolzzen Magneto is being serviced at least every 1,000kms and you should have many fun, safe and trouble-free adventures!
